FUTURE CERAMICS FACTORY PROJECT, 2ND INDUSTRIAL AREA DAMMAM

Construction of Complete factory, covering built up space of 80,000 sq.m. This project consist of 26,000 sqm. Of a Ceramic Factory, 32,000sqm. Of porcelain factory & a warehouse and workshop facilities of 22,000 sqm. Our work involves all equipment foundations installation of machineries, silos, kiln and other equipments other than the construction of all these facilities. Site development of a total land 325,000 sqm. of civil works, electromechanical of all utilities & infrastructure.

SAIPEM TAQA AL RUSHAID FABRICATORS CO. LTD (STAR)

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AT, DAMMAM PORT. CIVIL ERECTION WORK.

Construction of world class fabrication yard and other facilities to fabricate plate farms for Saudi Aramco's off shore operations our part includes following,

1. Construction of 24 mtr high & 22,000 sqm. Of buildings to form the fabrication facilities.
2. Construction of heavy welding line of 5,000 sqm area. Construction of paint shop, blasting shop, generator building & 12 numbers of different logistic buildings.
3. all the earth works of total area 300,000 sqm. Including all the utilities, networks etc

SNC-LAVLIN SAIPEM JV

WATER INJECTION PUMP STATIONS AT UTHMANIYAH & HRADH (WIPS)

FROM : 01-02 -2007 TO : ON-GOING

This is a SAUDI ARAMCO project for their (WATER INJECTION PLANT STATIONS – WIPS ) facilities in Uthmaniyah and Haradh GOSP.  

The scope of work as follows: Mobilization, site preparation, complete CGT 4001 /5001 Foundation, complete Fuel gas KO drum foundation, complete UG drainage, Complete new transformer foundations, complete pipe rack foundation, complete Co2 & battery building, complete paving, Haradh Project Mechanical completion. Civil/structural works: UG drainage, paving and roads, construction of foundation for Turbine H14-GT-4001. Fuel Gas D-2001 KO Drum – Foundation: Foundation equipment. H-14-D-4001 (Fuel Gas KO Drum), Foundation – Erection of main pipe rack for area H14 Buildings: Control building, substation building, support lifts, security gate, sunshade shelter, C02 & battery building # 4 construction.

Identical works are carried out at both places - HARADH & UTHMANIYAH.

Our scope of work consist of : complete civil works for 11 buildings, including 3 substations, 2 PIB buildings, and other related facilities for Gas conversion project. Precast structure is also included in the project.

Construction of new housing building And warehouse office building. Our scope consist of complete electrical and plumbing and HVAC and other related finishing works.

TEKFEN CO

RABIGH PETRO REFINERY PROJECT.

FROM : 01-11-2006 TO : ON-GOING

Civil contractor for the entire UOU project inside the existing refinery. The work consist of construction of pipe rack foundation, lifting stations, sleepers, duct banks, tunnels, , pavements asphalting etc., with an approximately 50,000M3 of concrete at PetroRabigh refinery.

This is a SCECO East project cont. No. CONT.# 071-C11 for # 230KV s/s project, 115KV S/S project, 34.5 KV project, control building , which includes construction of yard extending an area of 50,000M2 area with pre-cast building. The end user is Royal commission, Jubail.

This is a SCECO   project  with the
Job  activities as follows:

• Construction of  gas turbine  foundations.
• Construction of switch gear  buildings.
• Construction of GTG foundation and its  GT auxiliaries.
• Construction of dyke wall
• Construction of  readiness of stack foundations.
• Construction of blast wall.
• Construction and readiness of aux. transformer.
• Const. of cable trench and duct bank.

Mechanical erection works at Al Qassim Cement Factory

Qassim cement company production line # 3

1. Steel structure fabrication erection works of 150m high pre-heating towers. Kiln erection for their expansion project.
2. Mechanical & equipment fabrication & erection works including supply of all the materials.

TCC Cement Factory Expansion Works

Complete civil construction for the sub-station building. This includes the foundation column work, roof slab and its retaining wall, block work and finishing job for sub-station. It  also includes pre-cast boundary wall.
