ETE GROUP Greet-and-Meet, Annual Party 2014

It was an evening of anticipated revelry, fun, and laughter pervading the atmosphere that only happens once a year, for members of ETE Group family. On the 7th of March 2014, all invited employees and guests have travelled all way from their respective areas of assignment from the kingdom’s different regions and convened at one venue to celebrate  this year’s annual party which took place at the lush and gorgeously  landscaped garden situated at the backyard of Sheikh Ali’s palatial residence.  

 

Carpet rolled on leading to the premier reception tent where the Chairman and CEO of ETE Group, His Excellency Sheikh Ali Bu-Khamsin,  along with the members of the executive board graciously greeted all guests right upon arrival who looked their best apt for the occasion.

 

The annual gathering is one of the major events in ETE Group calendar which aims to highlight the significant milestone & major accomplishments that the group has achieved remarkably during the year that precedes. Moreover, it also aims to foster camaraderie essentially among members of the group, from the top management staff down to the lowest ranking employees transcending nationalities and cultural boundaries- demonstrating a culture of one big family as ETE’s most treasured legacy. 

This year’s event was  graced by a few  invited VIPs & close friends  from the business community in the Eastern Province where ETE have had close associations with, especially those from banking and financial institutions.

 

After the greet–and-meet, the  program was formally opened and started by acknowledging the presence of everyone while introducing  the special guests. Afterwards, precious tokens and plaques were then presented to Sheikh Ali by head of each division as a means of giving honor and expressing the highest respect to him. At this point, Sheikh Ali delivered his personal and sincere message to his people–thanking and congratulating them for a job well done. As always, he has  been  grateful to all employees especially those who have done significant impact that makes  ETE Group what it is today.

 

The evening won’t be complete without the sumptuous dinner prepared for all attendees. While enjoying all  gastronomical delights served on the table, everyone took a chance of sharing his own personal stories and experiences while working at  ETE, momentarily breaking the ice with anecdotes that cheered up everyone’s  mood and spirit.

As the party ended, the employees bid farewell, and left the venue filled with renewed enthusiasm and positive outlook while staying in ETE Group.

 

Indeed, the annual party is a great yet temporary escape from a stressful day-to-day life at work which simply one cannot afford to miss.
