Isuzu Knock-Down Factory

Drainage Project (JSDP)



This Mega project was conceived to control and direct the stormwater towards the sea. The whole project consists of 8 packages with 5 Dams and 3 Channels/Drainage and outfalls.

Karan Gas Facilities

Manifa Core Hydrocarbon
Facilities


Saudi ARAMCO has awarded Snamprogetti the 'Lump Sum Turnkey' project for package No-1 of Manifa Core Hydrocarbon Facilities, in the frame of Manifa Field Development program to increase the production capacity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by 900,000 barrels per day. Manifa is located 200 km north of Dhahran City, Saudi Arabia.

KEY FEATURES OF THE PROJECT

? Construction of Substation at Jubail-2, including construction of yard development of 50,000 m2,?, Site Development, Backfilling of 3 m deep in average, Asphalting and line markings.

? Precast boundary walls above the retaining walls of App. 900 lm.

? Construction of control building, construction of 230 kv & 115 kv GIS buildings and 34.5 kv switchgear buildings, Construction of guard house inlcuding but not limited to all the works such as civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical for basement and ground floor.

? Duct banks for all the MV and LV cables and cable trenches, power Transformer foundations, station service transformer foundations, AACU foundations etc

? Manholes, hand holes, wing walls, Fire walls, septic tank, seepage pits, Gantry foundations with piling, foundations for surge arrestors, bus ducts etc. lighting poles, lightening masts etc.

? Portable Water System, drainage water system, internal plumbing works for toilets and battery rooms

? This project is one of the first subststions with 24 m span of control building whiich we have provided with precast double Tee and have installed within 24 hrs.
