Isuzu Knock-Down Factory

This Mega project was conceived to control and direct the stormwater towards the sea. The whole project consists of 8 packages with 5 Dams and 3 Channels/Drainage and outfalls.

Manifa Core Hydrocarbon
Facilities


Saudi ARAMCO has awarded Snamprogetti the 'Lump Sum Turnkey' project for package No-1 of Manifa Core Hydrocarbon Facilities, in the frame of Manifa Field Development program to increase the production capacity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by 900,000 barrels per day. Manifa is located 200 km north of Dhahran City, Saudi Arabia.

JUBAIL EXPORT REFINERY

CONSTRUCTION OF SUBSTATION BUILDINGS, PROCESS INTERFACE BUILDINGS, RTR AND CIVIL WORKS

Petrol Steel as a main contractor for Jubail-2 Export Refinery Project for the client SATORP has awarded the complete Civil work contract encompassing EPC ( Engineering, Procurement and Construction) of substations and PIBs.

Key Features of the Project

?

??Construction of 4 substation buildings with cable basements and transformer yard and 3 Process-interface Building (PIB) within the JERP package-6, North Tank Farm and South Tank farm. These buildings are Blast Resistant buildings since it is located within the Refinery tank farm. These buildings were constructed using monolithic type of xast-in-place construction with external components like Blast Resistant doors and Blast Valves.

? The entire substations are included but not limited to high roof elevations such as 9.5 m high concrete walls and roof, all the related civil, architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical works.

? Construction of Transformer bays with fire walls in between them at every substations

? Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Electrical Power, Lighting works inside building, Instrumentation works.

?

? RTR works including fabrication of spools, installation, testing and commissioning from 1" to 40 " diameters for sewer, Water and fire water systems for North and South Tank form areas.

? Site development works, Asphalt works, Walk ways and landscaping for all 4 locations.
