Isuzu Knock-Down Factory

Drainage Project (JSDP)



This Mega project was conceived to control and direct the stormwater towards the sea. The whole project consists of 8 packages with 5 Dams and 3 Channels/Drainage and outfalls.

Manifa Core Hydrocarbon
Facilities


Saudi ARAMCO has awarded Snamprogetti the 'Lump Sum Turnkey' project for package No-1 of Manifa Core Hydrocarbon Facilities, in the frame of Manifa Field Development program to increase the production capacity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by 900,000 barrels per day. Manifa is located 200 km north of Dhahran City, Saudi Arabia.

CIVIL, INFRASTRUCTURAL WORKS

Petrol Steel as a main contractor for Jubail-2 Export Refinery Project for the client SATORP has awarded the Civil, Electromechanical and Telecom works.

Key Features of the Project

?

? Construction of Dike containment wall for the North tank Farm and South Tank Farm with variable height from 2 meters to 5 meters high and a total stretch of 9,000 lined meter composed of Soil & Aggregate embankment, lined with HDPE liner and covered with 100 mm thick concrete on both the inner and outer face of the slope.

?

? Construction of open trapezoidal channels rectangular ditches for North tank Farm and South Tank Farm width of channel varies from 750 mm to 3000 mm and depth varies from 300 mm to 2000 mm on a total stretch of 17,900 linear meter.

?

? Construction of Storm Drain associated Manholes and Sand Traps along the perimeter of the Tank farm.

?

? Construction of Pump station with pad 3.5 meters below the finish grade and including pump shaft of 2 meter diameter with bottom elevation of up to 8 meters below the finish grade elevation.

? Construction of catch basins interconnected with an RTR pipeline

?

? Construction of 276 units of pipe sleepers miscellaneous support foundations, and Pipe Rack Foundations.
